In order to check the effectiveness of regional policies in the tourism sector, as part of its institutional activities, Regione Lombardia is promoting a survey aimed at ascertaining the levels of adequacy and satisfaction of the tourist information services in the region rendered by Infopoints, in accordance with the provisions of Regional Law 27/2015 and the subsequent Regional Regulation 9/2016.

The survey is conducted by delivering a questionnaire made available to users at the individual Infopoints throughout Lombardy. This allows the anonymous collection of information relating to age, place of origin, type and characteristics of travel, as well as assessment of satisfaction with the services provided by the Infopoints.

In order to achieve the aims of the survey, the Lombardy Region has set up a dedicated website (www.questionarioinfopoint.regione.lombardia.it) through which tourists can fill in the questionnaire without entering any login details or any personal and/or contact details, providing answers to the questions formulated therein.

The survey is of a purely statistical nature and is structured in an anonymous form, since the online form does not include personal data and/or information likely to identify, directly or indirectly, the person surveyed. Participation in the survey is entirely optional and will not result in any processing of data under the current data protection legislation, namely, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR or General Data Protection Regulation) and Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 September 2003, (‘Privacy Code’) as amended pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 101 of 10 August 2018.

The person surveyed may not for any reason and/or motive enter their personal data or that of third parties, as appropriately highlighted in the individual survey sections.
